Cancellation Policy
Existing Nail Work Policy To maintain the integrity, longevity, and sanitation standards of my work, I do not perform fill-ins, repairs, or enhancements over work completed by another nail technician. Clients arriving with existing product from another tech must book a soak-off and a new full set. This ensures proper structure, balance, and long-lasting results aligned with my service standards. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable, including cases where this policy applies. It is the client’s responsibility to review all policies prior to booking. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy Appointments are carefully structured to ensure consistent quality for every client. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • Arrivals 15 minutes late will receive a modified service to fit the remaining time. • Arrivals 20 minutes or more late will result in appointment cancellation. In the event of cancellation due to lateness, full payment is required before rebooking. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide proper notice will require full payment before future bookings. ⸻ No-Call / No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up without notice will receive a strike. After three (3) no-call/no-show incidents, the client will be permanently banned from booking future services. ⸻ Final Note These policies are in place to protect the quality of my work, respect scheduled time, and ensure a professional experience for all clients.
